About Crewe Concert Band

Introducing CCB

Crewe Concert Band is a friendly community concert band based in Crewe, Cheshire. We bring together musicians who enjoy playing music, performing for audiences and being part of a great group.

We play a wide range of music, from film and popular favourites to classical pieces, marches and modern concert band repertoire. We perform concerts and community events throughout the year.

Our members have a mix of ages, backgrounds and musical experience. Some have played for years, while others have returned to music after a break. What we have in common is a love of playing and a commitment to making the band the best it can be.

We are now looking forward to an exciting new chapter as we welcome our new Musical Director. Auditions are taking place in early September, and we’re excited about the direction the band will take as we continue to develop our playing, our repertoire and our performances.

Most of all, Crewe Concert Band is about enjoying making music together. We’re proud to be a local band with a strong sense of community, and we’re always pleased to hear from musicians who would like to come and play with us.
