Look no further than Crewe Concert Band! We are available to perform at concerts, community events, celebrations, fetes, festivals, fundraisers and private bookings.

We can tailor our programme to suit your event, with a varied selection of traditional concert band repertoire, popular hits, music from films and favourite songs from musicals, alongside a range of other modern and contemporary arrangements.

Our Fees 2025/26

Crewe Concert Band is a non-profit community organisation. Income from our performances helps us meet the costs of running the band and continue providing live music in the local community. 

Our fees represent excellent value for money, giving your event the impact and versatility of a large concert band providing a big, varied sound to suit a wide range of events.

Our standard booking is for a total duration of up to two hours, including both playing slots and the interval. For example, this could be two 45-minute playing slots with a 30-minute break.

• Standard fee: £300 fixed fee, or a 50% share of takings.
• Charity, non-profit organisations & schools*: £150 fixed fee, or a 50% share of profits up to a maximum of £300.

For bookings with a total duration of more than two hours, our extended booking rates apply, regardless of the number or length of playing slots.

• Standard fee: £400 fixed fee, or a 50% share of takings.
• Charity, non-profit organisations and schools*: £200 fixed fee, or a 50% share of profits up to a maximum of £400.

Fees may be negotiable depending on the individual circumstances of your event, please get in touch to discuss your requirements before booking. *Proof of charity or non-profit status may be required.
